About this site

ExtendTPS.org is an independent citizen-led grassroots campaign, run non-commercially by volunteer community advocates. It is not a registered company or charity, not a government website, and not affiliated with USCIS, DHS, or Congress.

Not legal advice

Content is for general education only. It is not legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Consult a qualified immigration attorney or accredited representative about your situation.

Your submissions

You must submit only truthful information that you have the right to share. By choosing to publish a statement, listing, or story, you allow us to display, edit for length, and share it for the campaign. You can ask us to remove it at any time through the privacy request form.

Forms that can lead to public display (video stories, business statements, and partner listings) ask you to check a box confirming you have the right to share the content and agree to these terms. Other forms show a notice above the send button: sending the form means you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. Optional email updates always require a separate choice.

Acceptable use

Do not submit spam, false identities, hateful or unlawful content, or attempt to bypass security checks or overload the site. We may remove content or block abusive traffic.

Links to Senate offices, government sites, social platforms, and partner organizations are provided for convenience. We do not control their content or privacy practices.

Campaign content

You may share our campaign materials to support the extension of TPS. Photos and videos may belong to their creators and should not be reused commercially.

We work to keep information accurate, but immigration policy changes quickly. The site is provided as-is, without guarantees, to the extent permitted by law.
