We, the undersigned, call on the United States Senate to extend and protect Temporary Protected Status for Haitians. Haitian TPS holders are workers, parents, caregivers, students, and neighbors who have built their lives in communities across the United States. Conditions in Haiti — including widespread violence, displacement, and a severe humanitarian crisis — make a large-scale return unsafe and unrealistic today. We ask every senator, regardless of party, to support S. 4814 and to protect Haitian families from separation and forced return.
