Your information

Privacy policy

Advocacy only works on trust. Here is exactly what happens to anything you submit on this site.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into our forms: your name, email address, state or ZIP code, and any message you choose to write. Petition, volunteer, employer statement, partner, video, and contact forms each store their own submission.

What we never collect

We do not ask for and do not want your immigration status, A-number, case number, passport details, Social Security number, or copies of any documents. Please never send those to us.

How we use it

We use submissions to show public support for extending Haitian TPS, to send campaign updates when you opt in, and to respond to your message. Petition totals and quotes may be presented to Senate offices and the press in aggregate or with your permission.

What we publish

We never publish your email address, phone number, or full home address. Business statements and partner listings are published only when you check the box giving permission.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share data only with the service providers that operate this website's database and email delivery, and only to the extent needed to run the campaign.

Your choices

You can ask us to remove your signature, statement, or listing at any time through the contact page. Every campaign email includes an unsubscribe option.

Security

Submissions are stored in an access-controlled database. No online system is perfectly secure, so please share only what you are comfortable making part of a public advocacy campaign.
